Once the Property is booked a quick Call will be initiated from
the CRM Department.. The document set of the particular property will
be verified by highly Qualified Advocate from High Court, Chennai and
the same will be submitted to the clients within 48 working Hours
from the time of booking.
Our Legal Department takes immense care in checking all the
property documents with our lawyers to make sure they are valid
and accurate. Since we take care of this complicated work you can
have peace of mind knowing that your property is free from any legal
or inheritances issues. Queries on the Documents provided to the
customer will be explained by the experienced professionals from
our CRM Department and Legal Department.
Necessary Reminders on the payment schedule will be given to
the customers, at least 3 days before the day of payment.
Subsequently, CRM Department will fix an appointment with the
customer for the registration date and time and once it is confirmed
by the customer, all the necessary arrangements will be done by our
Transport Department to pick the Client from home to go to the
Registrar Office for the Legal Registration of the Property.
Once the Registration is done, our CRM Department will take necessary
steps to get the Registered Original Sale Deed document from the
Registrar Office on behalf of the customer and the original document
will be delivered to customer directly at their home by our authorized
representatives.
